Clean gym with a ton of classes to choose from. Nate is the best personal trainer in the game. GM and AGM are pretty great too

The staff are always awesome. The equipment is usually in reasonably good working order and is kept pretty clean. There are always a few treadmills down at any given time, but there are so many of them that it isn't a problem. The gym does get pretty crowded, especially after 5, but it's definitely usable.The reason I took 2 stars off is the bathrooms. They aren't the cleanest but aren't super dirty either, I can't complain too much about those since it's such a crowded area, but my main complaint is that the bathrooms are not maintained, seemingly at all. The hot water has been mostly unusable for over a month now, one of the urinals has been out of order for several months, the sauna was down for multiple weeks, and one of the shower stalls has had a broken knob that keeps falling off and nailing me in the foot. They really need to address these issues and keep the bathrooms in proper working order.UPDATE: Changing this to 4 stars since the owner responded and was able to get the hot water issue fixed.UPDATE: Changing this to 5 stars, there haven't been any maintenance issues in quite some time and it's overall been really great. Especially for $15 a month!

By far the best commercial gym in the C-U. Has a ton of great equipment, some open space for athletic movements, and a great atmosphere. The prices are some of the best around as well. Couldn’t recommend it more.

Crunch fitness is the worst gym in Champaign County. My wife and I went in and signed papers to cancel our memberships 7 months ago and they have continued to charge us for my wife's account every month. I have called them every month to get this fixed and they never fix it. Also the manager was supposed to call me and never has. At this point they are literally committing theft by automatically taking my money. DO NOT USE THIS GYM.
