Top marks, for sure. Chris was incredibly helpful--well beyond the call of duty--and has made a huge difference in the life of my treadmill. I now know what all I need to do as a responsible owner, which was information he volunteered. A class act.

Dick’s Sporting Goods suggested I call Chris Bates of Synrgys Solutions to move my treadmill after several other resources said no. I was speechless when I reached him, and he said, “Sure, I can do it. Tomorrow okay?” I didn’t have to empty my retirement fund to pay for the move, either.Chris worked with the rental agent at my old place to coordinate the pickup, got the equipment into my place and set it up, all the while exhibiting manners and a level of professionalism I rarely witness these days. I can’t say enough about Chris and Synrgys Solutions and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs their athletic equipment moved, set-up, serviced or even traded in.

I called and spoke to Chris about a treadmill I needed serviced. He talked to me for over a half hour to try and troubleshoot and make sure spending money was worth it. His solution was to help me fix it myself over the phone which is much appreciated since he didn't have to do that. If I ever need anything else I will not hesitate to give him my business.

Once again, Synrgys provided me with excellent service on my treadmill. Scheduling, completion of the service, and charging the price quoted--with no surprises, all was handled in a first-rate manner. There is some more work to be done and it's being handled with the same courtesy and skill. Very professional.

I highly recommend Synrgys Solutions. I've had a pleasure to use their services several times in the last two years and each time, I was very happy with the quality of the service they provided. Their customer service and professional experience are both top notch. My first interaction with Synrgys Solutions was shortly after I moved to Danville and needed someone who could fix my treadmill. I found them online and Chris was able to come out the next day and fix my treadmill promptly. Second time I've dealt with them was during my move to my new home when I decided that it'd be better if Synrgys' experienced technicians move and re-install my exercise equipment rather than have the movers do it and risk damaging expensive machines. The guys from Synrgys did an awesome job and I couldn't be happier. Just last week, Chris came out to my house to do service maintenance on my treadmill and elliptical. He was very thorough and efficient. He went over the findings with me telling me the status of my machines and upcoming work that may need to be done in the next yr. He is always very polite, very professional and responsive to customer's needs. Recently I've decided to purchase a recumbent bike for my home gym and asked Chris for advice and for help in locating a bike I might enjoy. He did the research and was able to find quality bike at a very reasonable price. I feel that Synrgys Solutions always goes above and beyond to make the customers happy. Customers are their priority and I wish there were more companies out there who provided this high quality of services for a very reasonable price.

I have worked with Synrgys a couple times and each time was an outstanding experience. Most recently they managed to set us up with a used gym-quality elliptical that had very low mileage. The elliptical was delivered, carried up a flight of stairs and set up without any Nicks or scratches to our walls or woodwork. Those machines are heavy and awkward and it was impressive to see them take such care when moving the machine into our home. After setting up the elliptical they took the old treadmill away to a new home that they had found.I can't recommend these guys enough. The response is always quick and they really try to help you find what is best for you and your needs.

Excellent! I had a great experience with this company and could not have asked for anything more. Chris was very helpful in coordinating with the shipping company, the installers and me - not an easy task. The installers were very professional and competent. Tristen and Jeff went above and beyond, bringing a 300 lb machine up a couple flights of stairs! I usually don't care for small talk with those I don't know, but these guys were pleasant and I enjoyed our conversations. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

It's a complete amateur hour at this place. At first I thought everything was going smoothly, telling the representative (through email) I had a part that needed to be replaced and scheduled the service. I gave them all the information they needed, and assumed they were competent enough to order the part. Six days later, I followed up and sure enough, they hadn't ordered the part. Who knows how long it would've taken had I not said anything. Eight days after that, I had still heard nothing and emailed to get an update. Naturally, there was no response for four more days, until I emailed yet another time, this time fairly upset, and told them to have somebody come out that Friday (I sent the email on a Tuesday). The rep told me the part was already in (thanks for letting ME know that!) but they were "super busy" (presumably from not ordering things for other customers) and couldn't send out a technician that week.In short, I basically wasted a month trying to get my treadmill repaired by these guys. I can only assume if I'd tried to schedule a technician they would've forgotten about that too. Stay away at all costs.

Excellent group. I found Synrgys Solutions quite by accident as I searched the internet for someone to repair and service our treadmill which had been damaged in our recent move.This is what we experienced with Synrgys Solutions:1. Excellent customer service. They were right on time, courteous and professional.2. Superb expertise. They had the tools and the technical expertise to wade into a mess and get our treadmill running. It required taking apart the machine, cleaning it and then reconnecting wires that had been disconnected in the move.3. Great back up service. I had an issue with a busted bolt that was also a result of the move. I called Frank at Synrgys Solutions back and he returned the next day to repair the bolt free of charge.4. Cheap. I thought the price of around $100.00 bucks or so was a steal, and they offer a guarantee to boot.I don't have much experience with treadmill repair guys, but I will say that in this day and age it's nearly impossible to get all those qualities into one package.That's why these guys get 5 Stars from me and my family.
