I absolutely love FBBC. Jay has been amazing at not giving up on me and my weight-loss journey. I am happy to say I have lost weight and was able to maintain it during the holidays. Can't wait to see what this new year brings to my weight-loss journey.

James Island Boot Camp is the best, the classes are super dynamic, every day is something different, so you are able to work a lot parts of your body! The gym is very clean. Jay is very nice, friendly and very professional! I highly recommend James Island Fit Boot Camp!

Jay is professional, knowledgeable, and always in good spirits from the moment you walk in for a class. He structures group classes in a way that is much more like personal training. He focuses on motivating each individual in the class and how to maximize each exercise for that individual. Jay has created a place that really is a goldmine on James Island when it comes to fitness.

When my yoga studio closed down due to COVID, I needed an alternative to stay in shape. My husband had been raving about Fit Body Boot Camp, but I was intimidated by the high intensity training since I was such a yogi. I never had imagined I would fit in so well and love it the way that I do. Jay’s gym is truly for everyone! All of his modifications and careful attention to his clients’ needs make that all possible.

I joined a year ago, and have been addicted ever since. Jay and Chelsea run a great, family oriented Gym. The workouts are fantastic. I have had past injuries and the pain from them has gone away thanks to working consistent with Jay. I love how everything is programmed, so it takes the thinking out of my fitness. I can’t say enough about the program. Highly recommend!

I joined this gym program in Feb'20 and it was able to reopen with sensible protocols to keep everyone confident and safe during the summer. It has been a constant over the weeks of this strange 2020 and I am leaning on it to continue into 2021 with the positive mental and physical positives. The instructor/owner Jay is extremely genuine and very helpful in making sure posture/routine is correct for the trainings. I recommend this experience for anyone looking to change things up.

Jay is amazing and his workouts keep you coming back for more! I love James Island Fit Body Bootcamp’s environment too! No matter what level you are starting at, Jay makes it obtainable and enjoyable. My daughter who is 13 also has a membership. She is a dancer and plays sports. We wanted something we could do together and something that would keep her in shape for her activities. We both love James Island Fit Body Bootcamp!

I love this gym! Jay is an amazing, informative and energetic trainer. The classes he designs are tough but they are adaptable to all levels of fitness. I highly recommend this gym and this program. I have found it to fill all of my needs to get back into shape after many years out of the gym.
