The atmosphere of this gym is hands down the best and SO clean! Jay makes it his top priority to make sure you feel comfortable, especially being a first timer in a gym. The first time I walked in, I had absolutely no idea what I was doing and he was so welcoming with open arms! He’s always giving tips and making sure your workout is going to be worth it for you! 100% would recommend this gym to anyone, even a first timer!

Jay truly supports and wants to see everyone who walks through his doors achieve their own personal health and fitness goals. His knowledge and experience in the fitness/nutrition arena makes him a great resource for guidance and direction with both fitness and nutrition goals. Jay’s positivity and encouragement makes for a great workout every time I step in his gym! It always feels amazing to get such a great workout in in only a 30 minute time period! We all have 30 minutes a day to put forth towards our health and well-being, it’s so important and worth it!

I was visiting from Raleigh where I am a Fit Body member and had a great experience with Jay at James Island Fit Body Bootcamp. He was great in showing correct form through some of the exercises I had not done before. I will be back when I am back in town!
