I appreciate how Jay let's individuals push themselves at their own pace. He doesn't make you feel like you need to do more than you can and is quick to help you find the best way to adapt an exercise to what you can do. Very positive energy.

I can highly recommend James Island Fit body boot camp. Jay does a great job programming his workouts to include variations for all fitness levels. It’s a challenging, fast paced workout. In just 30 minutes you get a full body workout!

If anyone is looking for a new workout routine, I highly suggest checking it out! It’s been years since I’ve liked where I’m working out, but these workouts are quick and challenging, and the trainer/owner Jay is great! I’ve already lost a couple inches over the past few months but am mainly just happy my excitement to work out is back! And with 30 minute workouts I promise you can fit it in!

First time attending a Fit Body Workout class and it was well worth my time. It was a fast paced well-rounded workout, which I am excited to tryout again. The trainer Jay, was highly professional and explained everything in great detail.

Jay is so awesome!! You can tell he is very passionate about training and caring for his clients. He remembered my name since the first day I walked in the door, and it did not go unnoticed. He leads a workout that is both quick and challenging. He is always there to fix form, answer questions, help with any modifications and is there to challenge you if you need it. The other boot campers were also very welcoming. Would recommend always! Thanks Jay!

This gym has literally changed my life! The classes are small so you feel comfortable and everyone supports each other. The workouts are different everyday and only 30 minutes long, you can't beat it. And then there's Jay... He is such a great trainer! He always has the best attitude and pushes you just enough to realise your full potential. I have never been this strong or felt this excited about working out!

Cannot recommend James Island Fit Body Boot Camp enough. Jay and his well structured, creative, and ever changing workouts have not only changed my attitudes towards going to the gym, but they’ve also gotten results. I’ve been a member for a little over two months and I’ve already noticed significant changes in my energy levels, daily habits, body proportions, weight, and my overall confidence. If you want a program and an instructor that is both tailored towards seeing results and cares for each person who walks through the door, check Jay out— you won’t regret it.

I’ve been attending this gym for about two months now and it has been great! Jay does a good job switching up the workouts so you don’t get bored. Jay can also easily modify the workouts based on skill level. Workouts are only half an hour making it convenient for my work schedule. We do get a lot accomplished in that half hour though and I definitely feel the burn throughout my day, but am not so sore that I cannot get out of bed the next day. I would recommend anyone on James Island to check it out!
