I’ve really enjoyed my trial membership at Burn Boot Camp. They focus on different body parts every day. The instructors are full of energy and provide encouragement throughout the class. I appreciate that you partner with someone to work with through the class. My only concern is that you don’t wipe down the equipment after each use. The time in between stations is pretty rapid, so I would encourage them to find a way to do a quick equipment wipe down as you rotate. Things get pretty sweaty really quickly and it’s no fun feeling someone else’s sweat on the equipment.

I was a college athlete and after graduating college, I had no motivation or desire to workout and really struggled to hold myself accountable. I tried multiple gyms and fitness structures and couldn’t find anything that worked for me. People at work kept telling me to try Burn Bootcamp, they promised me once I went I’d fall in love. They were right, this month marks 2 years since I walked into the gym.The trainers at SouthPark are amazing. Not only are the workouts always different (I don’t think I’ve ever done the same workout twice in two years) but they are so supportive and able to provide modifications for all ability levels. They also are so great at holding me accountable and pushing me in the workouts. I have so much more energy now and the workouts are such a great way for me to reset after a full day at work. The trainers at SouthPark go beyond just training you in the gym. Last spring I was hospitalized for a week with viral meningitis and they were so wonderful to me and I could tell they genuinely cared about me as a person.I guarantee if you give them a shot, just a 7 free week trial, you will fall in love with the atmosphere, the trainers, the workouts, and most importantly the way you feel about yourself.

I absolutely love this gym! I decided it was time to take care of myself and I walked in to check it out. I was greeted immediately and signed up for a seven day trial. The atmosphere is SO welcoming! I don’t feel embarrassed or judged by others. Everyone is so nice, this is truly a great community. No matter how many people are in camp, the trainers always manage to give each person the help that they need! These workouts are not easy but after a few months, exercising is no longer a struggle and I am feeling stronger! I am losing weight, gaining muscle and feeling much healthier. They even offer focus meetings with trainers to talk about goals, progress, nutritional guidance, etc. Absolutely love this place. Bonus points for the childcare and outstanding cleanliness!!!!

I have been going to Burn for 9 months and I absolutely love it. I use to always quit gym memberships after 2/3 months. The things I love the most about Burn are the sense of community, the trainers are amazing and the overall energy makes me come back and work harder every time. My life has changed thanks to Burn. I am now stronger, I have lost weight and I feel overall so much better about myself. I am beyond thankful to have found them

I completed my 7 day trail at Burn Boot Camp South Park and decided to sign up for a membership. It’s a great workout that leaves me feeling like I accomplished something. The fitness instructors help and encourage members during class. It seems to be a very supportive environment.

Love burn!! The trainers here are amazing and so energizing. I hate working out but they make it so fun and challenging so it never feels like a chore!
