I been going this studio since 2017. I seen lots of coach come and go. All coca is awesome 👏. But I so upset with staff who work In front desk. My family also going same studio me my wife and my daughter.My daughter had class 8.45. She was not feel well in the morning and she called and told them she is not able to come today because she is not feeling well. Front desk staff told her she will make not and they are not going charge her late cancellation but they still chahenge her. I am so upset 😭. I might cancel my family membership cancel.

I’ve only been coming to OTFU for a few months and I feel so at home. Everyone knows my name. The coaches make me feel comfortable and encourage me throughout each workout. Knowledgeable and gently correct form and push for heavier weights when we’re ready of course. Not to mention how uplifting this community is. I love being under the orange lights! 🧡🍊
