Loved the experience. I signed up for the 2 week unlimited special, and it was great. I'll definitely sign up for more classes in the near future. The instructors are motivational and encouraging. The atmosphere is refreshing. I could see muscle definition after my 2 weeks. So very effective!

I took my first class at Bar Method in SouthPark 4 1/2 years ago, and 750 classes later, I am so glad I did! The owner (Autumn) and all of the instructors make it such a welcoming and joyful place to work out. The community of other bar-goers is so supportive and caring, too. Although the moves are challenging, the stretches following each segment leave you feeling peaceful and relaxed. By going 3-4 times a week, I have been able to maintain all of the strength and flexibility I developed as a young dancer, as well as build lots of muscle tone. This has truly become my "happy place", and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to try a wonderful fitness routine!

I love working out at Bar Method. The studio is beautiful, the instructors are so friendly and inclusive and everyone there wants you to succeed. All levels are welcome and the work out is challenging and never boring.

Incredible workout, positive environment. I have felt comfortable from day one of walking into the studio. Every teacher has been helpful and has helped to push me to my limits. I throughly enjoy each class, as they are all unique and challenging in their own way. I would highly recommend!

I've never had a gym membership, or exercised in the morning...until I discovered Bar Method. I'm so grateful to have found this community! The studio is bright, inviting and clean. The instructors are super fun and challenging and tailor the exercises to all levels. I love Bar Method!

After six amazing years at Crossfit I switched to Bar Method after a back issue. After 8 months, and 100 classes, my abs and back are the strongest they have ever been.
