Love this studio and instructors! The class sizes are smaller which is awesome and the duration is short but packs a punch! It’s the most efficient and well balanced workout I’ve done in Charlotte. Perfect blend between cardio, weights and Pilates.

Update!I’ve been taking group classes consistently for 6 months 5 days a week. I’ve seen amazing results. All the trainers are absolutely AMAZING! The trainer Mason has the best playlist and always keeps the energy up! Emily up front is awesome too!I am in LOVE with West Kept! Everyone is super friendly, professional, helpful, and energetic. I have committed to taking class 3-4 days a week and after a month, I have noticed amazing results! Results I have been striving to achieve for so long with other gyms that were just not happening. I'm hooked!

Great exercise format, energy, music, facility and vibe! Took a class with Marissa (owner) while visiting my daughter in Charlotte and loved it. Charlotte ladies are lucky to have WKS! A must do if in Charlotte!

The best workout in Charlotte! I've been a member for a few months now and I can't recommend enough. The workouts are challenging and the trainers are so helpful and motivating. Every workout is different and I know I wouldn't be on my way to reaching my fitness goals without the push from the trainers to be my best!

I’ve been coming to West Kept group classes for over a year now and have been doing personal training since the fall. I love West Kept Secret!!! The trainers have such an attention to detail making sure people do the moves correctly all while making the class environment fun through their coaching and playlists. These classes are good for any fitness level and body type, as moves performed in class show options for modifications or advancements. I love owner Marissa’s leadership and her commitment to having the best staff. I love trainer Mason for her fire playlists and ways she challenges me, trainer Darienne for her jokes and positivity on the mic, trainer Patience for her constant motivation through class, and trainer Daphne for her encouragement to push me out of my comfort zone. With personal training, Ariel listened to my personal goals and creates sessions that challenge me in the best way possible. 10/10 recommend!!

WKS has quickly become my absolute favorite workout studio in Charlotte (or probably anywhere, ever)! After getting married last summer, I took a step back from attending fitness classes and was feeling unmotivated to get back in the gym. Enter: WKS and their amazing instructors- I quickly became hooked on their classes & the unique variety of exercises between the treadmills/ bikes, TRX bands & reformer Pilates machine, among others. Each class is so different and you truly never know what to expect. I leave class feeling strong, sore (😂), motivated and eager to sign up for my next session. The instructors are truly amazing- so upbeat and encouraging while always monitoring or correcting your form to ensure you are performing exercises safely (super important to me as someone with a herniated disc that took years to rehab). Truly can’t say enough good things about this place and the owner for Marissa for creating such an empowering, awesome community!
