My only regret about joining WKS is that I should have started sooner!The classes are definitely a WORKOUT but in a fun, i'm getting stronger way! Music is always BOMB, and the instructors are all super encouraging and helpful! (Shoutout to Patience, Amanda & Daphne 👑👑👑) I've tried several fitness classes and tend to get bored easily but at WKS, each day I walk through the door, I know I can expect something new & challenging. 10/10 highly recommend! 💪

I went for the first time on Sunday! Wow, I’m so impressed. The gym is clean and pretty. Amanda was the class instructor and did an AMAZING job of making me push myself all while having fun! I’m still sore three days later. Can’t wait to go back for another class with Amanda!

This is the best work out in the city, HANDS DOWN. I cannot rave about this place, the workouts, or the staff/instructors enough. Before coming here, I had been struggling to find motivation in the gym and felt stagnant with my results/progress. I have now taken 20 classes over the past two months and feel stronger than I ever have. I genuinely look forward to going each week. The instructors are SO knowledgeable, motivating, and friendly. The workouts are challenging yet unique each class; it is the perfect blend of cardio, strength, and pilates (think treads, assault bikes, trx, spring boards, free weights, etc). This honestly may sound dramatic but mentally I feel healthier too. It's amazing how the benefits of exercising can impact and flow into other others of life in such a positive way. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for reinvigorating my relationship with working out. Y'all are the BEST!!

Obsessed. I loved every minute of it. Daphne was absolutely incredible! She was so encouraging but also made sure to touch base with everyone in the full class to make sure they had the correct form and were doing the correct movements. It was the perfect combination of a HIIT style workout mixed with Pilates. I can see why everyone in class looked INCREDIBLE but it kicked my butt. Highly recommend.

Everything about this place is fantastic! The facility itself is clean, always smells amazing and is so inviting. Marissa West is truly one of the kindest, most knowledgeable trainers! All the coaches are so kind and encouraging. You can really tell the thought and intentionality behind each workout. I leave every time feeling confident and strong. Join & you will not regret!!!

My only regret is not starting WKS earlier. From the minute I walked into the studio I felt welcomed and reassured that the instructors had my back. In all my years of working out I have never been able to feel my core. Marissa and her team have worked with me to provide countless modifications and corrections, and now for the first time in my life my abs are shaking and sore!!! I am so thankful for the entire team at WKS!
