Great clean place. Everyone very helpful. I would recommend this gym to anyone. It's wonderful being open 24x7. Every machine you can think of. It's nice to have a woman's only gym.

I love benefits for women gym . It is an awesome place to workout ladies . The staff is awesome as well . I have been going to this women's only gym for many years. I love the convenience. It is only minutes from my work. I work out each morning here. The facility is clean and full of miscellaneous work out equipment. I truly enjoy Benefits for Women!

The gym is clean, reasonably priced and close to my home. When I joined I received thorough instructions on how to properly use the machines. I’m glad I canceled my membership at a big box-chain gym in favor of this one. I’m not just a number here.

This is my third week at Benefit for Women, and I'm really loving it. Although I have been doing aerobics for a while, I realize I need more muscle strengthening, which Benefit for Women offers. This facility is clean and attractive. The staff is friendly and helpful. Having this local 24/7 workout place for women is truly a benefit for me and for our community.
