Might be a good club, but their cancelation policy borders on abusive. There is absolutely no good reason that you are able to open and close financial accounts online but need to show up in person to cancel a fitness club membership. Their motivation is obvious to a turnip. Still, I just did the in person thing for my son at the Lee Highway location. He lives outside the country now so a little hard to make it in for a workout. But because he joined in Falls Church Virginia and was using his membership here, they claim to be unable to help. Ha! A Planet Fitness Gotcha! Good thing there are a lot of customers for cheap fitness. Loosing a few to wretched customer service isn't even a drop in the bucket.

I recommend - increase the water pressure in the showers, it is so weak that it is not pleasant to take a shower. and clean up more often...

Love working out there! The only complaint is not open 24 hours on the weekend. I am not off on weekends and only have time to go at night. Not convenient. I have to wait until Midnight on Sunday night.

Out of town Black Card member stopping in only because I had another appt in the Chattanooga area.Absolutely filthy. Especially the bathroom. Full stop.I’ve been to several locations outside my home town area lately and they are truly hit and miss.
