After 6 weeks at Chattanooga Fitness Club I feel like a different person; I’m happier, have more energy, sleep better, and feel less stressed and anxious through the day. I am feeling more confident and comfortable doing the things I used to enjoy. If you’ve never been to a gym before, the atmosphere is light and empowering and the other members are all fantastic and supportive. I’m down 17 pounds by following Josh and Raven’s guidance and am excited to continue lifting heavy weights!

Since 8/3, I have been working out twice a week with Josh at Chattanooga Fitness Club, and I can already feel an increase in my upper body and core strength! I’m so pleased with my results so far. Josh knows just how far to push me. Thanks, Josh!

Everyone at the Hixson location are absolutely fantastic they encourage me to keep pushing even when mentally I wasn’t excited but I continued to go to the small group session and my anxiety eased up I highly recommend that everyone go and check out Chattanooga fitness club ❤️❤️❤️

CFC is the place to be! I absolutely loved my time at this gym. The owner, Josh, was incredibly welcoming from the beginning. He and the other personal trainers did an amazing job leading the workouts which were enjoyable, creative, and challenging enough so I could continue growing. I felt encouraged every time and I walked in and out of the gym. I was able to create a consistent workout routine that fit my schedule AND I had the accountably I needed to make sure I hit my nutritional needs to achieve my goal. It’s been a while since I felt this strong and I am happy I had trainers and a community to keep me motivated. I highly recommend!!

Best gym experience in Chattanooga! CFC is a welcoming community that is staffed with knowledgeable coaches who personalize the experience to fit your goals. You will laugh, sweat and push your way to meeting those goals! CFC is the whole package, do yourself a favor and go check it out!!

I recently visited Chattanooga Fitness Club for a small group personal training session & really enjoyed my visit! The staff was welcoming, & Amanda provided a great group workout & fun atmosphere. There were plenty of laughs shared during the workout, & I left with a couple of new acquaintances... as well as sore legs (lower-body day). Haha.Josh did a great job of communicating & sending reminders about my visit before-hand, as well as answering any questions I had. Well done, Chatt Fitness Club! Definitely worth a visit, for anyone thinking about it!

I’ve had the best experience since I joined about 3 months ago! Josh, Amanda, and Joy are all such great trainers. They really do push you each session. It’s such an enjoyable, yet challenging experience. Which is what you want out of a workout! Being a previous D1 athlete, these workouts are legit

I’ve been coming to Chattanooga fitness club for about 3 months now and can honestly say this is the best gym membership I’ve ever had. I’ve had memberships at cyclebar, spenga, hotworx, workout anytime, and many more places, but this is the only gym membership that has ever helped me achieve physical results. Every class is different which has helped me avoid burnout and stay consistent. There’s no competition and everyone is so kind, it’s the perfect atmosphere to learn and work hard.

I have loved being a part of Chattanooga Fitness Club! I have lost weight, gained muscle and feel great! I have really appreciated the Nutrition aspect of my membership as well! I definitely recommend CFC to any lady who wants to start feeling awesome!
