I am currently a member of another gym in hixson. I wanted to see the facility and work out to see if I would want a membership. I did the one day pass on the site to check it out and I called they don’t allow 1 day pass to use to kids club which is equally as important for a mother to ensure her / his child enjoys it as well. Truly sad. So don’t try and do that. I will just stick to my home gym!

Excellent place to workout. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean establishment. Lots of trouble getting started but everything seems to be on track now. My only complaint is the parking lot needs to be painted with fresh lines. That is more of a landlord issue though.

Just called and the guy who answered the phone acted prissy when I asked a question and didn’t seem like he cared about. The GM should probably cut his losses and realize he’s down to the quick in customer satisfaction. I drove by as well and saw the desk clerk asleep on the desk.
