Missy at the front desk was so nice and warm. This gym is clean very nice atmosphere and it's going to be awesome and fantastic to work out here!!!

This gym hasn't updated any of their equipment since they opened. I'd say that for the average person this gym is just fine but if you're trying to put up some serious weight go somewhere else. They only have 4 bumper plates and they will get mad if you use anything past those bumpers to deadlift with! Again, steer clear if you want to lift serious weight.

Good location. Lots of parking. Lots of equipment and classes. I was surprised there was no orientation when I joined. Just here's the bathroom and here's the equipment. I'm doing rehab following an accident so I require a specific workout. So, I have to locate the machine I need, then figure out how to adjust it and set it. Frustrating for a senior citizen who hasn't belonged to a gym in a while. I'm sure it will be fine, once I'm acclimated.

Fit One is a family owned and run gym that provides so much more than a clean and well maintained place to work out! They treat you like family! They always allow my son who is in the Air Force to work out when he is home for a visit. Thank you!!!

Great gym with lots of equipment and space. Childcare, great hours, separate building for yoga classes, personal training, full service smoothie bar, tanning bed, showers in locker rooms, light selection of gym apparel, custom apparel designer on staff, outdoor space for training, zumba/zumba gold, barre365, turbo kick, silver sneakers, and spin to name A FEW of the offered classes. Accessibility and staff to assist with disabled members, chiropractors office inside, hair/beauty salon, esthetician, and CHRISTIAN BASED! Owners and staff Let's be real people!
