I called because I cancelled my membership but they kept billing me which it ended up in collections, I never checked in at the gym not even once and now they want me to pay $300 for services I never had or used the collections manager LUCAS G. Ac is always broken, (2 weeks now, it was fixed for 1 day last week) locker room is ALWAYS flooded, nasty and dirty with a horrible odor. Showers are half broken. Pay to park unless you come after 5pm. The price of the membership and staff is why i gave it a star, but the facilities definitely reflect the price. I use the gym to run when its too hot outside or for less impact days and its worse with no ac or circulation and i wouldnt have joined had i known the AC was a constant problem
