We took my two granddaughters there over Labor Day weekend. It was a great experience, the staff was friendly and informative. The girls, ages 4 & 10 didn’t want to leave!

This was a great experience that was awesome and fun for the whole family. They have a kids area, they have a wide range of difficulties even if you don't know how to belay because there are many auto-belay systems. They have a bouldering area where you don't need to be clipped in. They also have an outside area which was fun bit scary looking out over the road. Plenty of routes and different lengths of climbing. The staff is very nice.

It was the first time either of my boys had been to a rock climbing gym. They both enjoyed it. The female worker that taught them how to use the equipment was very attentive to both of them. The place is really cool and has something for every level of ability. My oldest definitely wants to go back when we visit Chattanooga again. For now, we'll find one where we live.

So much fun! We took 3 kids all at different levels. One who had never been before. The staff explained everything well.Lots of different climbing / bouldering to do in all different areas that test different skills! We were there about 4 hours and I'm sure the kids could have stayed a few hours longer just in the kid's zone! This is definitely a long day activity.Being your own snacks and water:)

What a wonderful rock climbing arena with very many different walls for various age and skill levels. Both adults and children alike seemed to enjoy the fun it has to offer. There is a room upstairs in which to be able to host a party. There is plenty of parking at the adjacent parking garage. They did validate our parking for a 2 dollar discount. The one drawback for me is that I am either using a walker or wheelchair for mobility. The most used way upstairs are stairs. That being said, there is a one person elevator one can use. But due to liablilties, you must have an employee unlock the elevator and ride with you up and/or down. All employees with whom I had interaction were pleasant and helpful. I feel this company takes safety very seriously as I saw nothing to indicate otherwise. If I weren't crippled at this juncture in my life, I would've felt safe trying to exercise the learning of a new skill here without hesitation except for perhaps my own inate fear. I highly recommend this specialized venue for an out of the ordinary birthday or any other party. Chattanooga is blessed having this in this beautiful town.

First time visitor and my 10 year old absolutely loved it. We travel to Chattanooga a bit but haven't visited this place but glad we did this time for Spring Break. We will visit again in the near future 😊 …

We had a great time at High Point. Staff was friendly and did a great job explaining the details to us. Great concept that we are able to climb all day for one purchased pass. My kids had an absolute blast and I feel it really has helped them with their confidence to conquer their fears.

This place is great for adults and kids. We purchased a Day Pass for our 7 and 10 year old boys, and they had so much fun and spent 4 hours climbing. The staff is very friendly and informative. They make sure you know how to use the equipment before you climb. We felt totally comfortable and safe.

Lots of climbing opportunities. We had a kids birthday party there.Lots of variety in climbing rooms. if you climb or ever want to try it out for fun, this is a great choice. The safety precautions are great and it has lots of levels. As a kids party spot it was very nice. The dedicated party room was fantastic for space, but did have some issues. Mainly the AC couldn't keep the room cool. It was set to 66 and the temperature was 78. A little warm. There were no paper towels for cleaning up, but there were rags.We were warm but had fun.One other note was that the staff were generally helpful, but the young man that gave the orientation walkthrough clearly had a hot date he was late for or something. He talked fast and low and was not a great representative. But we had fun despite him.As a party spot I personally would not try this with kids younger than 6...and have a lot of adults to track things...it can be chaotic. But fun!!There is a parking deck adjacent to the building. Very slow elevator... take the stairs.
