Home gym is Hixson but this is a solid one too. Equipment is brand new and the treads go up to 15 mph! Very packed classes and high energy. Super clean everything. Hardest thing is the parking on weekends due to it being right next to a First Watch.

I was very worried at first because of the cost. I have made “donations” to gyms through the years with good intentions but only wasted my money. I can truly say that I think OTF is worth every penny! Tapping in ahead of time for a class has kept me accountable and has eliminated all of my excuses! I definitely recommend giving it a try!

Orange Theory is the best class workout there is! I’ve been going for 4+ years and it has not gotten old yet! Love my OTF family!

I absolutely love this gym. I’ve been coming here since I moved to Chattanooga last April (coming to OTF for about 5 years). The coaches and staff are awesome, welcoming and fun. The other members are extremely nice. Not knowing many people in Chattanooga, visiting OTF Northshore, the staff, coaches and members are often the highlights of my day!

This place is great, wonderful facility, clean, well-run and the staff and coaches are great.I’m a newbie but the classes are a nice mix of cardio and weights with some stretching at the end. They show modifications to make the moves easier as well (may be needed when you first start).The community is supportive and everyone has been very friendly.Take the free class trial and you won’t regret it!
