Hands-down, the best fitness place in the area. I’ve had memberships for two others, and none of them have the quality of coaches, equipment, welcoming environment, or benefits that OHS has.

Boot camp, barbell, crossfit, fight training, Spartan training, competitions, they have it all. Members and trainers are family to one another. I look forward to going everyday possible!

This is THE best gym for anyone that's looking for an old-school, body-building gym + modern HIIT and cross-fit. I only do the weight training in here, so I'll leave a review for the weight room.1) It's the best old-school, no nonsense, get it done gym.2) Everything is plate-loading machines, again, old-school.3) A bodybuilder equipped this weight room, so you should have ZERO doubts if you are wondering if the equipment is good or not.4) Every body part / muscle group will have a machine, from your calves, to your lateral delts, rear delts, etc.If you are sick of Planet Fitness where everyone is there just to check each other out and there are hundreds of people around, then quit that gym and join Our House Studios.For $200 for a year (that's $16.67 a month), you get access to the greatest weight room in this area!
