This location is going downhill fast!!!I primarily work out in the evenings and at night here and lately I can’t help but notice that things are not getting done!It stinks really bad in some areas of the main floor, the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting and also smell horrible every time I go in!I’ve noticed the staff at night just sit around on their phones instead of making sure that things are clean and that guests are following the rules!!!The guests are not wiping down equipment after they use it and the staff is not wiping it down regularly!I haven’t witnessed a staff member cleaning not ONE time in the past month and I go 4 days a week!!!A lot of guests are sitting on the equipment while using their phones and forcing the rest of us to move on or wait.It just seems like no one cares about this location anymore and we are getting ready to find a different one to start going to….if we decide to keep our membership! There is a workout anytime that’s closer to us anyways but we’ve been using this one on and off for years! This is the worst I’ve seen it being ran so far!

Staff is nice! The major problem is that there is hardly ever enough space to do anything. It’s too crowded for the amount of space they have. I had to move 3 different times to do lunges today. I wish my boyfriend would cancel his membership so I could cancel mine, just because we usually go together. The equipment is a little rickety and old as well and the paper towels either aren’t refilled or the holders don’t work right.

It always makes for a better day when I make the time for a good workout. Then I pamper myself with a 'well earned' hydro-massage, a tanning session, and 10 minutes in that wonderful massage chair.

It is NOT only by the month as they advertise. If you don't go for a year, they are charging you every single month!! Don't be fooled by that advertisement that says it is only charged by the month. I didn't go for a year or so and now I have to pay almost $400 to start going again. Outrageous!! I would have restarted and gone to work out and tan for YEARS had they not charged me throughout the entirety of a hardship!
