My boyfriend and I are truck drivers who workout and shower at pf before going to sleep and this was the dirtiest pf I have seen. There was toilet paper and paper towel everywhere. Garbage on the floor. I don’t think they clean it all honestly.

Had some problems in the beginning when it came to billing versus specials that were advertised but after three or four different calls we got it fixed up. None of this was frustrating her upsetting I didn't lose any of my benefits from the gym and every single team member that talked to me was polite and helpful to resolve the matter I love it there great environment funny people No Judgment Zone!

This is a very clean and organized PF.Not very crowded when I visited, due to it being a Saturday afternoon or the cold/snowy weather??Equipment is newer, only saw 1 machine out of operation.So if in the Chattanooga area and want a workout, this should work.

I cannot say enough about the staff at this planet fitness. I travel a lot the last couple of years and this planet fitness is by far one of the best and it has everything to do with the staff. They are accommodating, they’re helpful and they realize that the gym is open for the customers. I cannot say this about every planet fitness at all. But I can definitely say it about this one. Thank you to the entire team for making my workouts at your gym enjoyable.

Worst PF in the area. Paper towels are always out, the hand sanitizer stations are always broken or out, and the bathrooms don't have soap half the time. My GF and I have to constantly tell the people at the desk about these issues because they're just hanging out talking. Never have these issues at the Ft. O location.

I travel frequently and have been to ALLOT of PF franchises. The staff was really nice and helpful being a out of towner. But Sadly this gym isn’t up to par as a franchise. My participation at this facility was 2x a day Monday thru Friday. One at 4:00AM and the other at 4:00PMDiversity of equipment and layout location- 5/10( several machines where broken) close to 40 percent of equipment on the floor are Treadmills, Ellipticals, etc…Service in regards to routine maintenance of paper towels and re organizing equipment to cleaning up empty bottles- 3/10Overall, amount of equipment for volume of customers in peak rush .- 2/10 ( plenty of tread mills, and ellipticals available though)

This is my second or third time coming to a gym in my lifetime and I'm in my late 30s but this is the first actual time that I've stayed to work out. I really appreciate how there is no judgment towards anyone or funny looks. The only issue I had was people sitting on the equipment and scrolling through their phone not working out while other people were trying to on the machine they were on. Please get a Norvell spray tan booth and I promise your women customers will probably double and put some of these tanning places out of business!

I love Planet Fitness! The facility is clean & the equipment is in good working order & often updated. There's always plenty of parking & it's free. It's a great value for the price of your membership.

The people are nice, but the problem is that this location is not 24/7.If Cleveland can be 24/7 in a MUCH smaller city than Chattanooga, then …

Dropped my earbuds charging case and I really hate to bother people but I had no other choice but to ask for help to find it under treadmill! Went to ask and the workers were so nice and helpful! Great management and everyone is always professional and friendly! So glad I didnt have to buy a new charging case!
