Outstanding facility with great equipment if you have special physical needs or if you just want to have a great workout. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Free weights, full set of machines, multiple treadmills and exercise, bikes and rowers/ERG machines, reclining steppers, for every level of ability. That is just a small part of what is available, even an Alter-G anti-gravity treadmill and a pool. Not crowded. Highly recommend!

Everyone there was great. I went for swallowing therapy. Every therapist was very knowledgeable, very friendly and helped me a lot. They were the best. Would recommend Sisken very highly. All my therapist were a true blessing.
