It's really sad when u try 4 different times to get a tanning issue straightened out, And snap fitness staff keeps telling u they will call u back and never do , And u even go in personally still no results card won't work u already pd for 3 months worth , missed 12 days of tanning .The most incompetent owner and staff we have ever dealt with. We were more than patient over this mess. We always had to call them back.Yes we did request our refund back. we'll see if that happens . Never have we ever had so much trouble out of a gym . Yes we tried and tried to get it straight for 12 days with staff and Mr.Blankenship no results no matter how hard we tried.We have been more than patient on this whole issue . Yep we're done,moving to a more competent and professional gym.

I've tried out a number of gyms in the area and this is my definite favorite. It's well equipped, clean, and rarely has broken equipment. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the other customers are generally respectful and outgoing.

I have been with this gym for about a year and enjoy it. Sprang the extra cash for use of tanning equipment and it was nice for a while then it just seems like they stopped caring about cleanliness. The stuff in pictures has been there for almost 2 weeks.I have removed the phots due to your quick response and really hope it’s clean during my next visit. The hours I work prevent me from go to gym at normal times through the day when you or other employees are there.So I went back and the tanning area was still subpar at best the only thing addressed was literally the things in the three pictures. Not the same tag and other debris laying in the floor for better than two weeks, not the hair on the on/off buttons, not the lint,fuzz,dust ect on the guards over bulbs. Smudges on the mirror still there. I will be going later this week if still unsanitary I will take pictures and post. Stay tuned more to come.

They’re open 24/7, what more could you ask for, they’re equipment is up to date, and they make regular updates to the equipment, staff is helpful and friendly. They also don’t make you wear a mask while working out, that’s fantastic, since wearing a mask and working out is for.......😁 …

Wow. It took them less than 5 minutes to start billing me when I signed up. Fast forward nearly a year, and it's now taken 3 months to get this canceled after I moved. I have received replies that it was canceled and they even refunded what I was billed for December. Now I am billed AGAIN in January... I have reached out to them twice now about January billing. Have heard nothing. Now I get to sit on hold with my credit card company to get it resolved that way.

I sent a cancellation form to cancel my membership on October 31st 2020. Both Of the owners claim that they never received it. Luckily I have a copy of what I sent and when I sent it. Yet they are still charging my account. I have been refunded $36 and some change and $6 and some change twice that doesn't make up for the nearly $50 that they take out of my account every month. I would not recommend getting a membership through this company unless you intend on canceling your card when you're no longer interested in the membership. I will change my review when I get a complete refund from unauthorized transactions taking out of my account and they STOP being taken out of my account. I sent my cancellation, I should not have to do your assistance or secretaries job.
