BUYER BEWARE: My credit card information changed and rather than call me the day that the first monthly charge was not processed, they instead decided to wait another two months and add on an additional $60 in NSF charges to the bill. Had they had the common courtesy of calling on the first day then the credit card information would have been updated. Additionally, they continue to charge my card for services not provided after I have cancelled my membership.

Great place to workout. Often times it’s not too crowded. Only complaint would be, I got hit with a random “equipment” fee that I don’t recall being told about. Other than that, great place with great staff.

Gym itself is fine but I cancelled back last year nearly 6 months ago. Come to find out I was still being charged. Finally got reimbursed last month. Was told I wouldn't be charged again. Come to find out was charged again just a few days ago. So now I'll have to dispute and work on another reimbursement. Major headache and inconvenience having to deal with this.

Amazing staff and the gym was always very clean and the location is very convenient for the Lakesite area!
