The experience with Keith is through his work with my husband following shoulder replacement surgery. His extensive training background gives him the ability to ask probing questions as to specific personal goals before assessing the most effective strategies and program for improvement. With my husband he had to also consider the medical limits at each session. Keith took the time to model and coach each exercise multiple times to give my husband the confidence needed to complete each level. Keith is an asset to Chattanooga and all of his clients! Highly recommend him!

Keith is an overall great trainer who can help individuals reach their goals! I started working out to feel stronger physically and mentally and can already see results. I have worked out on my own in the past but without having much success in forming a habit or seeing much growth. I have been working out with Keith for about 6 weeks now and I can already see improvements. Both in my mindset towards working out and what I am able to accomplish. Keith is very helpful and supportive of your goals. He encourages you to push past mental blocks but never pushes you past your physical capabilities.
