Daryl is an amazing coach! I have always struggled with seeing results and he has been so encouraging and pushing me to do the best! It’s a great atmosphere and keeps me coming back!

I have been training with Darryl for a little over a year now and have had trainers in the past and I could not be more thankful for the results and the relationship gained out of personal training with Still Life Fitness. We sat down and made a plan and revisit goals all the time to make sure we are on the right track and I am incredibly thankful for Darryl. He is the best cheerleader, the biggest hype man, and someone you want in your corner at all times. I could not recommend his training enough to absolutely anyone. No matter what size you are, where you are at in your fitness journey, or if you have never stepped foot in a gym or picked up a weight before, he is the guy you want training you. Best decision I could have ever made for myself in my fitness journey was joining Still Life Fitness and I could not be more proud to be apart of his family!

I’ve worked out at a number of gyms and Still Life has the most intentional programming and knowledgeable coaching. Darryl is an attentive and experienced teacher, who is appropriately challenging to each individual. Grateful for the continued lifestyle changes.
