I have been going to Sweat Club for a little over 6 months, 5-6 days a week most weeks. Workouts are never boring, or repetitive! Coach Dawn always demonstrates proper form and quick to correct you or give alternative movements if needed. Highly recommended!

Sweat Club has made such a positive impact on my life!! The workouts are different every day and every week, which keeps things fun and interesting! Coach Dawn is so knowledgeable and welcoming and workouts can always be modified for any one at any fitness level. Best gym in Chattanooga, by far!

My favorite place to go for a workout in Chattanooga! After trying a few different gyms, Sweat Club is my go-to for the ever changing workouts and great coaching/staff. The gym community is so welcoming and there really is something here for everyone. The equipment is top notch and you’re guaranteed a good workout!

I had the pleasure of helping to renovate the space for the owners of Sweat Club. I haven’t seen the classes, or experienced a work out but I can speak to the high quality of people running this gym. I can also say that they have poured a lot of love into the space and I really feel like it’s going to be a great asset to the community! Congratulations guys!
