This is an excellent studio! Everyone is so friendly and loves to teach, and they definitely live up to their "yoga for all bodies" motto. The size of the studio is perfect - small enough to not intimidate and to feel like a family yet big enough to accommodate a good-sized customer base. The variety of times offered for classes is excellent! I especially appreciate the late night classes they offer during the week.

I walked into a thrive class as someone who has never taken a yoga class. I felt very welcomed and although it was a challenging class, I was able to follow the teaching at my own level. I left inspired to do more and have been taking classes for a month now. I love it!
