Workout Anytime East Ridge TN

I have been able to get a great workout on my legs tonight. It helped to strengthen my knees, and i am now walking the workout on the treadmill so that I don't collapse from the exhaustion of over exertion because I went two steps further than I had planned originally. Worth it though as I walk the days exertion away.

Great gym, friendly staff, great equipment and extremely clean. Lots of cardio equipment too with no wait time.

I can't wait for this gym to open! I love the membership options and the deals you get when signing up as well as all the extra's included in the premium membership! Very affordable and love that it's 24/7 and allows entry into every other club!!!!

This gym is fantastic!! It has everything! The card reader to unlock the door was tricky!! Its too close to the corner!? If it were to mirror North Shore for the door unlock I would easily give this place 6 stars. This place is well kept and up to date! It’s my playground 😁 …

Friendly staff and clean gym. It has everything you need from machines and free weights. They have two power racks with deadlift platforms. It gets really busy though around 5-7 PM. I wish they gym is more spacious and I wish they have more than two power racks and one bench rack. Price is affordable and got a big parking lot.

This place has terrible customer service, the "regional manager" (Cheyanne I think her name was) that I spoke with to cancel my account said that even though I paid my $1 dollar down for the first month I would still have to pay an additional month's charge to cancel. I spoke with someone at the end of January and told him I didn't want to renew, he told me that my last payment would be 2/3 and I could call or come in anytime in February to cancel. So now they said because I didn't give a 30-day notice I still have to pay ANOTHER month. I battled with severe pain and ended up having to have surgery. I wasn't able to work out for several months and I called at least once a month to try to cancel even telling them I would bring them a doctor's note. They refused to listen and told me that "I signed up for a year, so I have to pay a year" which means they ONLY care about money! Now I understand I signed up for a full year, however, there should be special circumstances that if people are hurt and cannot work out for 6 plus months and are paying their $30 fee for nothing. I wouldn't give this gym your money cause they DON'T care about you, they just want your money!This is an update, They charged my card a SECOND time this month because I refused to pay for next month's payment when I shouldn't have to pay. This is actually illegal to do and is considered a fraudulent payment. I will be contacting my bank and report them.

Been coming here for about a year now. Gym is clean, affordable & suitable for my fitness goals. I wish they had more benches & other types of equipment that would make all the difference & maybe a Spanish-speaking staff member. Overall not bad for what you pay.
