We visited for the trial. Very pricey. Limited options compared to others. Heaviest dumbbells 80s NOT for those looking to get big/super strong. No childcare if thats something you need either.

A "Comfortable" Gym.The main thing that I like here, besides the great price and unlimited hours, is the atmosphere. No blaring romp-stomp music, no waiting for machines, and best of all, no jocks, no attitude, and no judging. Everyone there is focused on their own development, and not comparing to anyone else; you can tangibly feel the difference. Coaching is available if you want it, and otherwise you are left alone to work at your own pace.Everyone in our family is at a different level, and has different goals. This is the first place we have all felt comfortable. Five Stars!

I love this gym. It's clean. The employees are always super friendly and helpful. Even when it's busy it's easy to get to the equipment you want to use. No complaints here.

Just a terrible gym in general. VERY poorly run. I had to unexpectedly move north for a year and they refuse to cancel my membership unless I come down there in person. I would have happily joined back because of the low price of sign-up, but now I can't wait to never have anything to do with this gym again. Gym equipment is quite dirty and very limited.

The owner Troy Dale Bage has no concept of what good customer service is and does not give his employees the opportunity to give good customer service. The manager of this location wanted to help get an issue with my account fixed and was told no not to fix the problem. They are more interested in their money then customer care.
