Yoga Landing is a wonderful, welcoming studio. I have loved all of the different styles of classes I have taken there, with sweet teachers who are always willing to help, and who want their students to learn and grow.

I've been a student here for more than 5 years. The quality of yoga teachers and diversity of yoga classes is unmatched anywhere in the south east save for maybe Asheville, NC. The facility is new and kept clean. The staff is kind and very patient.

Yoga Landing is an amazing studio. I have been attending just over a year and, as a result, I have seen remarkable changes in my life. I feel better physically, emotionally and mentally than I have in years and I attribute a good portion of this health to the attentive care and practice I have been engaged in at yoga landing.

I began going to Yoga Landing only a month after moving to Chattanooga. I expected I would need to try out multiple studios in the area to see which spoke to me most, however this was not the case. I was hooked. Not only is it the wide variety of classes being offered and the extremely knowledgeable instructors but it’s the community that makes YL truly impacting. It is the friendliness and love you feel from when you walk in the door. It is a truly special space accepting all walks of life to join through movement, breath, and meditation no matter where you are in your yoga journey.

Best studio in Chattanooga. The level 2 classes are intense without losing the yoga. The studio is beautiful and clean and the people are all friendly. Very welcoming, I love whenever I get the opportunity to take a class here.

Words truly cannot describe how much Yoga Landing (and their stellar teacher training program) has changed my life for the better. I’ve intermittently practiced yoga at wonderful studios in Asheville NC, Sarasota FL, and Atlanta, but Yoga Landing is just a step above. Unpretentious, welcoming and warmly professional...not to mention sparkling clean, YL has become a second home to many. Home is where the heart is after all! So grateful it’s here in Chattanooga. Highly recommend.🙏🏼💚

Yoga Landing is a beautiful, inviting, centering space to practice and offers a wide range of class types that both new and seasoned yogis will enjoy. The teachers truly understand human anatomy and proper alignment within the poses, offering helpful cues to prevent injury and modifications that give every body the opportunity to connect movement to breath. Perhaps most importantly, Yoga Landing is an inclusive community of real people who care about what's on the inside, who show up for each other and for making the world a better place. If you come for the asanas, you'll be back for the vibes. Yoga Landing is home.

This was the first yoga studio I tried when I moved here over 5 years ago. Since then it’s been my favorite studio and I’ve also had the amazing opportunity to receive my Yoga Teacher Training 200 RYT and currently working toward my 300 RYT. The community here is so supportive and the teachers are inspiring and really encourage anyone new or seasoned in their yoga practice to attend a variety of classes. I always recommend this yoga studio to anyone traveling in town or local!! Both locations on Signal and in the Downtown area are a must see!

Yoga Landing is a welcoming, friendly and holistic studio that nurtures the mind, body and spirit of everyone who walks through the door. I love the variety of classes offered at yoga landing and have also enjoyed the yoga workshops I have taken at YL. Currently, I am working on completing the 500 hour teaching training program and I have been impressed at Jessica's intentionality to find teachers for our workshops from across the country who are well known leaders in the world of yoga. When I leave a class or workshop offered at YL I always feel more centered, emotionally and intellectually challenged, relaxed and refreshed.

I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher here and had a great experience. The teachers are very knowledgeable and kind. There are many facets and debates about yoga and how it should be taught or practiced, however, they encourage you to find your own path. A wise teacher stated in teacher training, “this is a way, not the way” as he taught from his school of thought. I also had the privilege to work in the studio as a support staff. I felt nurtured and encouraged as a young aspiring teacher. I made many friends and connections that I value greatly.
