Poor organization, management and financial management. My daughter cheered here for two seasons. This last season was cut in half because of financial problems and the gym not able to cover all of its expenses. Our contracts were changed with fees being added and monthly tuition be raised half way through the season. The parents had to choose between these changes and losing out on all the money we had already put into the season.

Both of my daughters started cheering at this cheerleading club last year and never finished the full season. Everything started out great then drastically changed over the months. Coaches were never on time to practice so we would sit in the parking lot and wait with the other parents till the owner showed up. Five minutes late turned into class being shortened by 15-20 minutes cause the lights have to warm up before you could use the gym. (Should have been there early to have gym ready for the kids) Then there was always money conversations about having to pay for this and that and how prices would be going up and so on. Practice schedules were always changing due to the turn over rate of coaches. A sleep over at the gym was scheduled for the cheerleaders and raffle tickets were sold at the practices for the kids to be able to pie face one of the coaches that was chosen by the cheerleaders. I was the first to put money in the jar for my daughter who was excited about this sleep over eventhough she didn't attend due to a generator that was in the gym leaking gasoline all over the floor and the entire gym smelling of gas. When asked which coach ended up getting the pie in the face, no coach did but my money sure was taken (False Advertisement) My wife and myself decided to pull them from this club due to lack of leadership and management. We as parents never want to pull our kids from any extra curricular activity but when a person who is suppose to be mentoring my children calls my daughter, who was 6 years old at the time, and her cheer squad "epic failures" that's where I draw the line. I spoke with the owner of this club about this matter and was told that my daughter was making the whole thing up because the term "epic failure" is not in her, the owners vocabulary. My wife spoke with other parents about this matter who also confirmed through their children that the incident did in fact occur but non of these parents wanted their names brought up due to possibly retaliation against their own children. I asked for a refund of the tuition, not all of it but some of it and was denied. I was told to read my contract. When asked what the contract stated since I was outside so my kids couldn't hear my conversation, I was put on hold so she could ask her mother what the contract stated. I then asked her since she was the owner shouldn't she know her contract and yet all I got was an attitude and was told that if I kept my attitude up that and I quote, "I will hang this phone up and end this conversation". That's not how you handle business in my book when being questioned about an incident that happend in your club under your leadership. All she was worried about was that I was abandoning the cheer club before competitions started. I told her she could keep the money for the up coming competition which was 3 weeks away but i wanted a refund for other competitions that were after the new year and was again denied stating abandonment but in the same breath was begged to let them keep using my trailer that was loaned to them for a float in the up coming Christmas parade. If it wasn't for the kids the trailer would have been taken back also. I told the owner I would be there the day after the parade to get my trailer and wiring adapter and was told it would have to wait until Monday. Monday came and I went to get my belongings at the set time but once arriving at the gym, my trailer was there but no adapter.(Again poor management) The adapter was found days later but the owner or manager of this cheerleading club, who is responsible for any property in or on their premises, wouldn't even come talk to me about the missing adapter the night I arrived to pick up the trailer instead she had another coach relay her messages to me for her. Once again another sign of a very poor management and business ethics.... this post is a review of this non profit organization. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions and this is review is mine.

I have had a wonderful experience with the gym and so has my daughter. Some of the coaches were a bit unskillful but i dont think they are returning next season. My baby loved being there and i enjoyed watching them compete. I will be returning.
