Great gym, the staff could be more friendly but I'm there to lift. The people there are friendly though. They got a pool, hot tub, sauna, kids water park, and a movie theater. It's more expensive because this ain't your doughnut eating purple gyms. Those with ⭐⭐ comments go pay $10 at a mediocre gym.

I am very disappointed right now with OneLife. I am a full time student and I have to freeze my account frequently due to not being in the area. It used to be a simple process where you could just call, verify it’s you and it’s frozen. Now they have this terrible process in place that they don’t even make members aware, where you must have this freeze request in writing by emailing the manager and your account can only be frozen for two months. So I did exactly that. I emailed the manager Anthony Branch, and he couldn’t even bother to freeze account and now I’m being charged something that I can’t use and followed the procedures. Then when I called the lady rudely rushed me off the phone and told to email “Member Services” who is also not being helpful. Considering canceling this membership because I am very displease with how the Customer Service has been.

I like the gym equipments but one thing that pisses me off a lot is the fact that there is supposed to be an on-site care center for kids but 80% of the time there is no one to take care of the kids when i get there to do my workout so I end up going home and doing my workout at home. What’s the point to pay the membership if I can’t use it ? What is even the proper schedule for that care center for Christ sake ?

Gym itself is pretty nice and the equipment well kept. It gets very busy during certain times. Be aware before you sign a contract they don’t explain they charge you twice as much in December for a “maintenance “ fee that was never explained. Very poor business and unethical towards their customers. Will not renew our membership.

Had the BEST Zumba experience and class with teacher Simonette. Very upbeat, engaging, and easy to follow instruction style! They need to put her on the schedule for more classes. The reason I rate it 4 stars is bc they NEED to offer Zumba at later times for people who work after 5 and I wish simonette taught at these times.

Charged my account for 4 payments after I had the account put on Freeze status. Their response, "Ypu cant have your money back but we could credit to your account."A credit at Onelife can't put gas in my car, nor by my lunch.Guess that's part of their weight loss plan.

Gym has good variety of equipment. And it’s nice that the weights have been expanded. But otherwise the place is a whole. Super busy most of the week accept when most people are at work, and even then, only for a few hours. Gym staff are either stuck up or have no manners. I know I don’t go for the staff, but for crying out loud, ever heard of customer service? The equipment is all over the place and no organization is enforced. Most of them are not the best maintained, but this one in particular is rough.

This is a nice gym. Staff is courteous. The pool play area is nice for the children. The aqua center seems to go without consideration at times leaving the hot tub looking like a bubble bath and unclean. They would receive 5 stars if more attention was given to the aqua center and they had handicap doors.

Everything is great i just wish sauna etiquette could somehow be more enforced lol. There have been multiple occasions where i enter the sauna and someone is talking loudly on the phone, wearing sneakers inside the sauna, or just stretching on the seats again, with their gym sneakers ON?? It just ruins the experience of others who are aware of the proper etiquette.I know its a bit hard to enforce these things but maybe some more signage would help /:
