I have been a member to five other facilities in the past 28 years and Hampton Roads. This is the absolute best gym experience, work out and results I have ever had. Love, Love, Love HotWorx! Such a cool concept! The infrared heat has helped my joints especially my back pain! After each session you feel so accomplished. 💪🏽 Every time I am done working out I feel so much better about my day…definitely more energy! I cannot recommend Hotworx enough. The staff is amazing and so friendly! The studio is clean! Definitely worth checking out! Come sweat with me! Feeling fantastic at 47! 🧘🏽♀️

One of the best places I’ve worked out. The location is ALWAYS clean, the staff is kind and welcoming!! I enjoy coming in and working out! There is always a since of dread when returning to a gym to get/stay healthy and here there is no fear of judgement from the staff or other clients working out!!

This is the best investment I’ve made in myself in a while! I’ve had trouble staying consistent in the gym recently, but with the variety in workouts Hotworx provides, coming to the gym is exciting again. I feel myself getting stronger with every workout I complete and it’s really refreshing being around like-minded people who are bettering themselves. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. I encourage everyone to join and earn the burn 🔥

Absolutely love this studio! I have a hard time sticking to workouts/gyms but that is not the case here! I look forward to walking through the doors to hotworx and getting my sweat on! I was so excited when I read about this gym opening in the area and went for their founding members open house. Since they opened I have become completely obsessed. The owner and staff are amazing and so personable. Facility is spotless all the time and all the members I have met since joining have been awesome as well. So glad to have Hotworx in the area!
