My rating is Not about the facility, we are new so I need a few more classes to be able to determine my opinion on it. My ratings however, is for the experience that I’ve had on 3 different occasions, being a woman of color, having to experience the “USUAL” scenario.. Not from the office staff.. just to be clear. But, if you are a person of color, a Black person of color… Consider what you are willing to tolerate before signing up.We decided to take our girl Elsewhere! ✌🏾

IMO: This place is run by an unkind jerk. Would not recommend sending my pet here, much less my child.

Tony and his team are really great with the kids and their development! All three of my kids love the place and their coaches!

The instructors are great however the seating is an issue. If you’re going to loosen the restrictions on how many people come in then there needs to be more chairs. Standing for an hour or more depending on the practice is ridiculous. Mom,dad, grandparents, multiple siblings per family is just to much. At this rate ocean tumblers is looking better every minute.

We've been going to the 3-4 year old class for a couple months now and my daughter loves it. She is 3 and they are super patient with her as she of course wants to play a lot. She has already learned how to stably walk up a wall on her hands.

My daughter has been coming here for a year now and I can't say enough good things about them. The coaches work so well with the kids, and the gym is so professional. The office staff is well versed on the gym schedule and always answer my questions.

The front staff was great. They are accommodating and approachable. Honestly, that want sold me on the gym. I didn't really like the female preschool coaches. They are teenage girls that looks like they are wasting their time with a preschool class. Come on ladies it’s a pre-school class, SMILE!!! You are the children first experience and can be their last. I noticed the male coaches are great even though my daughter isn’t in their class. The male coaches look excited (smiles) to be there and escort the boys to the lobby to speak with the parents about their progress/ behavior/ways to improve with the added encouragement. Importantly, the male coaches ensured that their student are safely with their parents. One incident, I was getting out something out of my car and here comes my daughter (by herself) running in the parking a lot. Also, I noticed that the parents had a relationship with the male coaches which really impressed me and I love. Never receive an introduction to know what’s expected or knew their names (that’s my fault). The female coaches can learn a lot by watching the male coaches especially when it comes to working with young children and their parents. Parents have to approach the female coaches to find out your child progress and/or behavior. I am not sure how they are with the older girls but maybe “SERIOUS Coaching Mode” works for them. Every child should feel special not only the ones that are favored. My daughter actually goes to the window for encouragement from her mother which was sad. She is a people pleaser and a free spirit. I will admit my child can be a handful especially if she is bored. Encouragement and excitement motivates her to do better and listen. I mean…She is 5. I can recall a few incidents that almost had me type my withdrawal letter earlier. The one that I remember most was when my daughter hugged one of the coaches and she pushed her off and rolled her eyes. I was so upset, I could not talk but I typed up my letter to end my contract that night. Not saying this is a horrible gym; it just not the gym my daughter.

Way too many children per instructor. The instructor will spend around one minute with your child during the entire hour.. and that is broken up over 3 different activities with the instructor talking to other children at the same time. They do not even spend enough time to offer pointers to the child so they can learn. The rest of the time the child is set up at various activities to fend for themselves while the instructor is helping the other kids. The older kids seem to have much smaller classes, or maybe they are paying for individual instruction. For a child new to gymnastics, this place will only leave them frustrated and wanting to quit, as they never see any progress. I spoke with another gym who is more expensive, but only have 4 kids per instructor. They claim they have a lot of business from people frustrated with this place. My daughters class has around 16-20 kids and 2 instructors. I am looking into other gyms.
