Awesome gym!!! Everytime I am in town I stop by here. My kids get mad if we go to any other gyms because they love the daycare here. Best equipment and huge facility!

I love it here. It is always clean while I'm out on the floor working out and in the locker room. The staff is friendly. I had a trainer for a few months. He was AMAZING to work with and very encouraging. I like the layout of this gym better compared to other OneLife gyms.

If you want specific equipment this gym has it all. This is one of the largest gyms I have worked out in and is by far the best gym in Chesapeake! Have not tried the classes, but they offer a wide variety of classes as well. Some of the equipment is slightly older but not falling apart. Even has an outdoor area. Also tons of cardio equipment.Gym has lots of sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizer stations and seems clean. Locker rooms look brand new and seem very clean.I highly recommend this gym.
