I love that I don’t have to think about working out, I just follow the coach’s directions, and then suddenly it’s over! I convinced my husband to join, too, and now we workout together and actually look forward to our time at OTF! Love the people, too!! Especially the 5 am crew and Coaches. Thank you for helping us discover the fun of splat points!!!!

10/10 would recommend. My mom is a founding member and annoyingly talked about OT for over a year. I finally checked it out in 2021 and have been a member ever since. We 🧡 OT. …

I signed up to get information and a free class. This company has called my phone everyday multiple times a day for two weeks. I explained that my mother was I'll and I couldn't do anything at the moment. Im still receiving calls. After setting up a call back date I thought I would get some peace. They have continued to call everyday. This morning was the last straw and I blocked the number. I had every intention of coming by to look once I got settled but the constant phone calls and disregard have turned any hope for my business into dust.

I've never been a gym rat but decided to sign up for Orange Theory almost 2 years ago. It's a tough workout for me every time I go, but I walk out feeling great about the workout. The coaches are awesome and I love the variety of the workouts. Highly recommend you check out OTF.

I'm an Orangetheory member and was visiting from out of town. I've been to several studios besides my 'home studio' and this one is way under par. The day I went I got there early to fill out the necessary paperwork. First, the sales associates didn't greet me with a 'hello' when I walked in, which was unusual. They just stared at me as I approached the desk. I introduced myself and asked for the forms to fill out. Every other studio that I have been to for the first time has almost annoyingly friendly staff and they offer you a tour or at least points out where things like the restrooms are if you're new, but not here. More concerning is that the class started almost 10 minutes late. In over 100 classes, I've never experienced one not starting right on time. At my home studio they won't even let you in to the class if you're more than 5 minutes late.In the studio they really lost me. The coach lacked personality and energy, a staple at OTF, and wasn't coaching or paying much attention at all. I suppose because we started late, he just rushed through the demos. There were also several first-timers and visiting members, and none of them got so much as a shout out. Besides the occasional '30 more seconds', the coach didn't talk much. The class was a switch template, which means you move around the studio a lot and alternate using the equipment with other people. The coach didn't pass out wipes to clean the stations in-between the blocks, another very usual thing to expect at OTF. This likely explains the foul smell in the studio. At this point I wasn't really enjoying myself, which is the complete opposite of OTF. It's suppose to be so fun, high energy, and educational - yet I was bored and annoyed. I ended up leaving the class 'early', which was actually on time since it started late and I was ready to get out of there. I have unlimited classes, so ultimately I didn't lose more than my time. I've been to some of the other studios in the 757 and would recommend those over this one if you're flexible.

I just wanted to thank all the coaches and the staff at OTF Greenbrier for the great experience I had at my first dri tri this morning! Everyone was so encouraging and supportive and it did not go unnoticed even though I felt like I was dying haha. Can’t wait for the next dri tri in March!
