Love the playlists and the awesome staff! All of the instructors are so friendly and helpful. The studio is always clean and comfortable, until the sweat starts pouring, of course. I have brought a few friends and they have all enjoyed the experience, as well! I can see myself maintaining a membership long-term.

For anyone who may be inquiring if Starcycle Chesapeake is for them, please allow me to give you a little insight as to what I've seen and experienced. I've attended three sessions with three different spin instructors and I am not a subscribing member. I am not affiliated with this company. Every single staff member I have met was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and had a genuine concern for my own personal fitness goals. This is true from the receptionists to the owner, and especially each of the instructors. It was amazing how everyone was personally invested in ensuring that I had the best possible spin session, including other friendly members. When I walked through the front door, it truly felt like a family was welcoming me home. During the spin session the instructors were enthusiastic, upbeat, outgoing, and extremely effective at motivating everyone to have a great workout experience while also having fun. Their music selection compelled me to work harder, longer, and even awkwardly dance a little. I received several unprovoked personal testimonials from other members on how Starcycle had made an extraordinary positive impact in their life. I did not just hear about weight loss stories, but also how their health and energy level had significantly improved since joining. I can definitively say that Starcycle Chesapeake can and will provide the best possible spin experience in the Tidewater area. The Starcycle team is doing great things in this industry and will ensure that you can do great things within your own personal fitness journey. This place will change your life.

Amazing classes with awesome instructors

I absolutely love Starcycle! All of the instructors are so nice and motivating. The music is great and I love the theme rides. It’s a great way to spend 45 minutes!!

It’s not like any other cycling place, I’ve tried a lot & none are like this! The energy, love and kind welcomeness of the instructors, owner & just the place are so awesome! I love it so much & it just keeps me coming back! Love it here so much!

I’m so glad I became a member during grand opening weekend. It’s my selfcare 45 minutes of the day/week I give to myself. Every staff member is welcoming and takes time to get to know me and my kids! They are motivating and encouraging to be the best version of you that day!So glad to be apart of this studio 💫

Finally- a spin studio in Chesapeake! No more having to drive to VB! On top of that, StarCycle is such a great place to be- everyone is friendly and kind, instructors are amazing and give you a great workout, no judgment and all love! They have childcare, which is a huge benefit, and just an all over good vibe. Can’t wait to ride again soon!

On my journey to get back in shape, I was fortunate to stumble upon this studio, and so glad I did ! It is so nice to have such a fantastic spin studio in Chesapeake ! All instructors are super motivating and friendly - just like all the reviews show, even though 45 minutes seems like a lot of time, and truly passes by so quickly- and it is fun! Never thought working out could be so exciting. So thankful for this studio as I have already seen results and see my fitness goals come a reality.
