Your Time Fitness is the perfect gym for anyone who loves a good and clean space to workout. Everyone at Your Time is so respectful & kind. I love how personal the gym is, and it never is crowded at any time during the day. I can workout at 8 am or 10 pm, and it is always clean and comfortable. I have been going for about a year and a half now, and plan to keep my membership for a longgg time. Highly recommend Your Time for anyone looking to get to the gym!

I have been a member of many different gyms over the years and Your Time is the best . It doesn’t have all the frills some gyms have but it is never busy and always really clean . With 24/7 access there are no excuses to go . Love this gym

Excellent Gym with great equipment and laid back environment. I highly recommend Paul as a trainer. He not only teaches you everything you need to know, but he works around your budget and recommends affordable supplements. Scheduling is easy and he works around your schedule. I've been training with him for a few months and have made incredible gains!

I have been a member for several years now and have throughly enjoyed the facility, equipment and 24-hour availability. I injured my hand at work this past March and along with hitting a slump within myself I needed a push. I met with Paul Gotti, the trainer, and I tell you he is amazing!! Paul takes the time to listen and genuinely understands and does not push his own opinions or beliefs as it is the only way. I’ve been in fitness for a long time throughout my military and law enforcement career and have had negative interactions with trainers who see a person as money to made. It can be frustrating when you want to get help towards your fitness goals but unsure who to trust. I highly recommend Paul for all your fitness needs, day or night, as he is always there and ready!

Paul Gatti is that guy!!! He has been training my wife and I for about 6 months. The results are amazing. Paul is very reliable and very knowledgeable at what he does. He explains everything you’re doing and how it affects your body. He will let you know what exercises will work for your body structure. Great trainer overall.

Trainer Paul Gatti is AMAZING! His consultation is very through and left me feeling optimistic of the goals we set. Paul goes above and beyond as your trainer by constructing a nutrition plan to include vitamins. With his wealth of knowledge he is able to guide you in what vitamins work best for your goals to be met. He spent numerous hours outside of our training sessions researching videos that related to the goals we were trying to achieve and sent information validating his ideas. I DEFINITELY felt like I got my money's worth and some! His work outs are tailored to what your needs are and he educates while training. I learned a lot and was impressed how professional he was. Paul used a heart rate monitor during our sessions and even did a body fat percentage a couple of times during our contract period to monitor our success. I trained for a few months and saw GREAT results. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PAUL GATTI. You will not be disappointed!

Small but adequate to get job done. Seldom ever more that 3-4 people. Cycle machines could be maintained a lot better.
