My wife and I have been members here since 2018. Neither of us had ever stuck with a gym for a year in the past. Great workout every time, coaches are all great. I'm in the best shape of my life at 47 years old. Not cheap but totally worth it for us.

Results come quickly and those results will have you coming back for more.Pros: coaching instruction is excellent; engaging and motivating community; it’s an HOUR - find the time. .Cons: cardio centric; you sweat buckets.Check out the website, check out a class and see for yourself. Studio workouts are as intense as you make it… and no one is looking at you crushing it - they’re too focused on their own performance.

I have no doubt about the quality of the work outs. But the tracker is junk. And don't be five minutes late, or else they won't let you in. Yes, 5 whole minutes.
