The fact that I can simultaneously compete against myself and the rest of the class. That the workouts are always challenging and varied. Finally, the enthusiasm of the trainers.

I like being pushed. Many days during a workout at OT I've thought to myself, "Wow! I would have stopped working out by now if I was working out on my own."

This was my first time at orange theory and it far exceeded my expectations. The staff here is absolutely fabulous and bring amazing energy to this hybrid power and strength workout. If you are looking for a different way to train this is the place. I can't wait to go back and get it after it again! Thanks Orange Theory!

I've never left OTF- Edgewater in a bad mood. The workout is stimulating and motivating well after you leave the gym floor. Each class provides variety - ability to alter difficulty level, pace, interaction with coaches

Wonderful staff, from the reception to the gym the staff is always up beat and friendly. ChiEdge OT members are also friendly and supportive. Work outs are challenging but coaches help with correct form and encouragement. I always leave grateful for spending an hour with ChiEdge OT.

I've been a member since they opened in June of 2015. Fabulous workouts every time. Head trainer Matt is fantastic. His engaging personality combined with his "pushing-you-to-your-best" training gives a great vibe to this Orange Theory, and this attitude is mirrored by the other wonderful trainers (Angie, Nick and Meghan are terrific). The staff is incredibly friendly as well...it's really a community feel. If you have any fitness goals to achieve, I would start here.

One word, rude. On more than one occasion and with different staff members. They are not accommodating and treat you like they're above you. Lack customer service skills in welcoming new members.

I've been going here since it started up in July. The workouts are challenging and fulfilling. The trainers and staff makes it enjoyable and keeps you coming back for more.
