I WOULD LOVE TO THANK MARYLIN FOR ASSISTING ME OVER THE PHONE, SHE WAS VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL. NOT A LOT OF PEOPLE WOULD GO OUT OF THE WAY LIKE SHE DID TO MAKE SURE I WAS SECURE ABOUT CHECKING OUT AND TRANSFERING THIS LOCATION.

Don't bother. The manager here is petty. They didnt do there job and when I spoke up about all the paper towel dispensers being empty he canceled my membership. Wow!

When I first started going to this location it was around the time it had just opened I love how comfortable and judgment free the environment is at this location I recently went back and got a gym membership again and the vibe was the same I love going to the gym because I feel comfortable and I don’t feel judged I’m able to get in my full workout and staff are always friendly and walking around making sure everything is safe and clean the staff at this location actually do their jobs the reason why I give a score of 9 out of 10 is because I believe no one is perfect but this place sure in the hell is close to it

The staff always seem like it's a bother to have to wait on you. The place can be deserted and if you ask for two tokens to sit in the massage chairs (5 mins per token) the answer is "sorry, if you want a second token you'll have to come back up here to get it when you finish the first 5 mins.) During the summer the A/C goes out regularly making it to hot to work out without the risk of passing out. Finally, the mens room is hit or miss with the cleanliness...all in all if it wasn't for the location I would choose a different gym.Update: 2 years ago I was unhappy with the service from this location. They have made huge strides to be more accommodating and friendly. I'm glad I stuck it out and continued to patronize this location. Good job PF.

I work right around the corner as a truck driver. Before I sit in traffic on the way home i walk on the treadmill & do some light lifting. Makes me feel so much better. Nice staff. Always cleaning

What happen with the old workers? The new one doesn't really communicate, and the equipment wasn't in place, the bathroom was dirty, and I noticed that the spray bottles were bunched up together in the return section and five minutes later they were all in the grab section. I know one guy couldn't clean all twenty something bottles🤨 very unsanitory considering we're in a middle of a pandemic, that's very concerning.
