Been going to the south loop Studio for several years now. It has helped me build stamina and muscle. There are so many different formats to keep it interesting. They also keep trying new moves and formats. The instructors here are great and Julie who is the owner is awesome. I would highly recommend the bar method to anyone looking to build strength with a focus on body and mind connection.

This studio is such a welcoming place where you are surrounded by the best instructors that help you build your strength, stamina, and flexibility. Been going to Bar Method South Loop for a little over a month and can see and feel the benefits of a min. 2x a week routine. I see muscle definition and feel stronger, and I can only think that it's thanks to the corrections I get from the instructors. The studio and amenities (shower, etc) are clean and equipped with anything you might possibly need for a good workout.

I've been going to Bar Method-South Loop since January 2020 and have absolutely loved it. I credit Bar Method with helping me become a stronger, faster runner. Aside from the incredible workouts, I also appreciate the wonderful community of people who attend and teach classes at the studio.

I've been taking classes at various Chicagoland Bar Method studios since 2008. The workout has never gotten easier; in fact, it gets more effective as I've tweaked and improved my form in various exercises. However, what is equally, if not more, compelling than the workout is the community. The woman that show up consistently and push themselves physically and mentally is inspiring and something I'm proud to be a part of.

I couldn’t love these classes any more than I do! I was in desperate need of a low impact workout due to injuries. Not only has it delivered an amazing low impact workout, but it has greatly strengthened all my muscles, and my injuries are almost nonexistent!
