I love my gym. I put my headphones on and everyone leaves me alone. Love it

I'm a fan. Been going two years now and nothing but positive things to say about this place. Clean, lots of equipment, courteous/helpful staff...

Well maintained. Sometimes it gets too crowded especially during the after work hours (6-7pm) but in general it is great, and I am enjoying the working out there.

"Anytime"--the times of opening are yours to determine. The place is always clean, and the equipment always functioning beautifully. In addition, new challenges, weights and aerobics, are implemented often. Great place.

Open 24 hours using lots of cameras for security. Key fob needed to get in. Provides sweat towels and cleaner is required after use of equipment. Wide variety of machines although only 1 of each. Multiple cardio machines. Studio with work out programs to broadcast. Shower available, bring your own towel. Personal trainers there during the day with their door always open for help or advice.

I ask them for short term membership and they say that they offer only year contracts and I'm staying temporary here in Chico. Even with that they refuse to finish the call and the guy end the call on my face saying have nice day !!Its very rude and I wish they know how to talk with clientsAnd I wish they are understand different situations like meBut you know what I'm glad that I didn't join such a gym like this after this call

The gym itself is great and when you see them in person the owners are usually very nice, at least up until you try to cancel your membership. My membership was supposed to be over at the beginning of the month and I was told I would be good to go after that and didn’t need to pay any fees or anything, but to my surprise I continued to be charged every month after that and whenever I tried to reach it either no one would would answer or they said they would send me a cancelation email that I never received so I continued to be charged for 6 more months of tying to cancel. When calling they are completely uninterested and have no qualms about continuing to charge my account knowing perfectly well that I do not wish to be a member there anymore. Service has been awful and shady to say the least. I will definitely not be referring this gym to anyone. Ever.

Of all the gyms and fitness clubs I've been a member of, Anytime Fitness in Chico takes the cake. Aside from the obvious benefit of being able to go to your gym ANY time you want, the club itself is always clean, even the mirrors, walls and corners...never any dust or dust bunnies. They take pride in their club, you can tell...and I really appreciate a clean facility. All of the equipment is always in good working order, too. Compared to all of the other gyms in the area, I won't consider going anywhere else other than Anytime Fitness. Just a solid place all around! Thanks guys!
