My son works out here every day and he looks great....he really enjoys this gym, it has all the equipment he needs and being so close to home , that's all he needs!

This gym is great. The facility is clean and the staff is very welcoming.Just wish they had a basketball court.

Nice gym, always clean, with nice equipment. And they offer free towels, and sell pre workout drinks and bottled water as well.

Great workout environment! Always clean! Owners are always hands on and socializing with customers within the gym. Always a great and helpful environment to be in during workouts.

I’ve been to all the other gyms in the area. This place has the nicest staff and the cleanest gym. All the members here are super friendly as well. I recommend this gym to everyone.

Just moved to the area and called twice in the past 5 days (on 2 different weekdays mind you) and no one answered the phones. So today I decided to come by today (a Sunday) at just before 3 and see that it says Saturdays and Sundays are by appointment only...Making it so hard to get a membership seems ridiculous. Despite other positive reviews I can say that I will not be making a fourth attempt to try and become a patron of this gym.

Best gym in Chico. Open 24/7 365. Staff is helpful and really nice. Jason and Maria will go above and beyond for there customers. Really don't see that in the gyms here in town. 5 stars
