Come here twice a day no complaints it does often get crowded between rush hour time 5 to 8 but other than that can enjoy a great workout at my own pace and the staff is awesome always there always helpful always friendly

had appointment with health fitness consultant today at 2:00pm with a certified fitness certified personal trainer. I was at the center waiting for trainer to show up for my appointment. I was told he tried to confirm the appointmment and was unable to get in contact with me. I dont know what is sufficient time to confirm but I was at the center since 11:30am taking a class and had turned off my phone. Very disappointed for my 1st visit.

Clean pool, sauna and steam room. The gym is always busy, but the equipment I need is usually available, like free weights and the rowing machine. The staff is friendly and not pushy about signing up for additional services. I can compare this gym to Oxnard's super sport and the head super sport gym in San Ramon.

This is one of the best as I see. They have all the equipment and enough free weights that I need. They also provide small large size towel. Parking is a breeze though during peak hours you may have to park 2 minutes walk away from the club (not too far). I used to have a personal trainer there. His name is Willy and I'd love to highly recommend him to whoever want a trainer. The only pity is that my office moved to Irvine which means I may not come here during the weekdays.

Great gym I have been coming for almost 2 years and it has terrific staff and various equipment. The place is usually busy from dawn til late night. Only negative is the place isn't always organized sometimes weights and other equipment may lie on the floor but the workers try their best to organize everything. Overall a good gym worth the monthly fees.

Superb location. Great maintenance on the machines, clean locker rooms and pool area, and has just about everything you need. And towel service!

I like this gym but it doesn't seem like a "super" soooo one less star. The machines are not super. The look is not super. (Stutters) its just not super.
