Waaaaay better then the Ontario PF, the bighest thing no broken machines or workout stations. Everytime you walked in to Ontario there were multiple machines down so people had to wait. All in all Chino is a much better facility glad that I made the switch.

Very clean and most of the staff I met are kind and helpful. It is a inconvenience that it isn’t open 24 hours and it affects workout schedules.

Great gym, great staff, great priceBest planet fitness I’ve ever been too, good lighting, it’s always clean, and machines are always fixed within a few days if they go down(not to mention they have two of almost everything) I highly recommend this planet fitness over the Ontario location!

I'm a member, I regularly get charged a $15.00 late fee on a $20.00 a month membership every month. How do I get a late fee when it's auto pay? Nobody can figure it out. Go on the website and they run you around in circles. So I get to pay 3 times the regular membership each month because they can't figure out their own billing system. (Each franchise is privately owned and operated).

I like this gym but what’s the deal with the missing snap hooks on the cable machines ? 2 have been missing for months!! People have advised management with no results. The equipment is in very good condition and people are good at wiping down equipment after they use it. The staff is friendly and helpful. The gym is kept very clean.

I've been a Planet Finess member since 2016 and have been to many different Planet Fitnesses over the years. Planet Fitness Chino shows next level professionalism. It's clean and they keep the equipment in good condition. If something is out of order or dirty, staff do everything they can to quickly fix the problem. This could be a model of how Planet Fitnesses should run. Milan and Miranda are excellent and they both have wonderful work ethic. They don't wait to be told what to do--they are actively looking for ways to help. Thank you.

Been a member since they opened. It's sad how the employees at this location don't clear the floors, don't load the paper towel dispensers, and don't take out the trash. The manager was also disrespectful to me when I mentioned to him that for several weeks the attachments and clips were missing. It's really disappointing.

I wouldn’t be complaining if this was a cheap gym with a price to match but this tiny gym with no bench press, no squat rack, no deadlift station, closed on weekends, wet sinks, no soap actually charges $73 per month. When someone insists on a bank draft, refuses to accept credit cards or debit it’s because they know you’ll want to charge back once you realize you’ve been scammed.Bonus: They’ll call the cops without warning if you sit in your car too long

Fairly decent gym. Not very busy, but it lacks a lot of equipment to get a full work out. Very small free weight selection. They have mostly machines which limits mobility and fully engaging the muscles.
