I give two stars because, they don't clean properly the showers and restrooms.This is an exelent gym but this is unacceptable.

Love this place. Very well maintained gym. I go in the mornings and the staff are always cleaning the equipment and making sure everything is maintained.

Disappointed!! overall the gym was nice and clean. The customer service is a different story. I went in after work around 5pm it's my first time at planet fitness so I asked the guy at the counter if he could give me a tour of the gym.. I was told when I signed up they would do that. he said he couldn't, there was a few girls talking behind him they didn't seem busy. I told him that was fine. found the locker room worked out for 30minutes and left. I was disappointed and upset that he couldn't take 2 minutes to explain where everything was. I went to golds gym and it was so different everyone was helpful and its only 5 bucks more then what I'm paying now.I will definitely be canceling my membership.
