Awful customer service. They dont follow their 3 day pass as advertised on their website. Very misleading. If they dont follow that, how are they going to follow their gym policies?

I love the pool, but, THE SHOWERS ARE COVERED ON MOLD!!! I reported it to the management. The grout is BLACK!! You would of thought that when the gym was closed due to the pandemic that they would have done a thorough cleaning!!! Otherwise I would give 5 stars.

I used to be a member of this gym, always had friendly staff and clean and nice equipment. We unfortunately had to move, but when we returned on vacation, the General Manager, Forrest, went above and beyond in helping us meet our workout needs while on a time crunch, and we really appreciated it! Would seriously recommend this location to gym goers of all experience levels.

I’ve enrolled for a 3 days pass and when I got there they told me I couldn’t use the pass due to COVID and the maximum people allowance. Yet They “offered” me a daily pass for 20$. Hence it was not for the maximum allowance, but for money..

Amazing staff, super friendly and always willing to help. I've had my gym pass with them for 10 years plus and their service has only gotten better. Congratulations to the staff for making everyone feel welcomed.

I do like this gym, but I today I was bummed. I saw 4-5 separate people not wearing their masks upstairs while working out. I didn't see any employees upstairs checking for this either. One employee did say something downstairs to a man, but I later saw that same man upstairs with his mask off again! I don't feel safe working out if people aren't going to follow the rules. If an employee sees this, please make more of an effort to catch this!

How does have so many 5 star reviews? The steam room ALWAYS smells like mildew. The floors in sauna are dirty and spots of mold. Bathroom is hardly kept up and covered in rust spots. I’ve reluctantly signed up again through Costco because of the affordability but EW! I expect way more from 24 hour fitness. Most elliptical machines squeak. I would be Interested in swimming however I do not trust the water if the rest of the facilities are the way they are. Hopefully management reads this and improves the quality of their gym.
