Feels like prison here, too many damn rules they expect you to follow. Cancelling our membership after two months. Not paying to get harassed by the staff.

Alex at the front desk was really rude, I'm asking YMCA please stop bringing in teenagers or young people ,They don't know how to treat people, bring in seniors bring in adults who have some experience with customer service... Try to remember that everybody at the front desk is Supposed to be trained in customer service... I was hung up on right in the middle of a conversation because the little teenagers that answer your phone system thought it would be fun and the girl was laughing... I was asking about joining membership, I'm appalled that you guys allow this to happen, Please record every call so you know what's really happening, Please stop allowing young people to work at your facility, You don't know what they're doing because there are no managers at the counters watching what these little kids/teens/ with horrible attitudes are doing. Help.

The people who work here do not have neurodiverse training. I came here with my autistic son and he was having a small meltdown over waiting to get checked in. He made his way in the hall by the pool door and wouldn’t let me get him back to the front desk. So I filled out the waiver in the hallway by the pool entrance with him. I needed to go back to the front desk to ask if we were good to swim. So I left him there for a moment and in that moment a woman came out and let my son out into the pool area. I had to run down the hall and get him back inside. He sat down at the bench and waited. Then one of the workers asked the other if we were good to go because she saw what happened. But all of this could have been prevented if the workers here were neurodiverse trained. All it would have took was for one of the 4 people behind the desk to come out and assist me. There was one person doing all the customer service and others sitting or standing around. And no one cared that I was having trouble. Also, there are a lot of rules here with no proper direction. No one told me where the locker room was. We get out to the pool and someone tells me the pool my son is about to get in is closed and we have to swim in the other pool. We get in the other pool and the someone in there tells me this part of the pool is just for lessons. We finally make it to the right spot, but then there is a jacuzzi next to it. My son loves jacuzzi’s and gets in them to warm up, but the one here is 13 and up. So it was a struggle to keep him out of it and we ended up having to leave because he couldn’t be in it. It was a major struggle to swim at this place. And we won’t be back which sad because we own a house just a few blocks from here. This place needs neurodiverse training bad.

America and Alex at the front are very rude. Alex was very passive aggressive and then America who wasn’t even apart of our conversation proceeded to say something rude to us and put in her two cents. The aggressiveness and comments are unnecessary and rude.

I love this YMCA, the staff, and the facilities. I think this is one of the safest places I have swam and I look forward to the time I can frequent the pool again. Rock on, ya'll.

Worst YMCA location and sadly it’s in the neighborhood I grew up in. We normally utilize your Copley location but how terrible that this gym closes in the middle of the day. For students at the nearby college this is really inconvenient.

The barbell's are rusted and the leg press is rusted and needs to be lubed. It has only two squat racks that are outside and rusted the weights are unorganized and missed placed and there is too much space being taken up by unused cardio machines

My son and I love it here, however its frustrating to pay a monthly fee for a child watch that isn’t a guarantee. We’ve been put on a waiting list multiple times upon arrival. Imagine arriving with pre workout in your system ready to crush it and this happening. Not fun. It would be great if we could get more staff on the child watch so that parents like I don’t have to keep wasting valuable time.Thank you in advance!
